When you think of weight loss and losing weight, the first things that probably come to your mind the articles that never work.
I feel if you really want to lose weight, you should follow routine for fitness.
Wake up early morning as sun comes up. If you are young enough then do Exercise and Jogging and if you are old age then you should do walking in morning and evening.
Early morning take a glass of water and then only go for other works.
Always follow hygiene rules means wash hand every time before and after food even after coming from out door, or if you feel any dust in your hand.
Eat very less oily food.
Don't forget to eat fruits daily.
Drink plenty of water daily.
Avoid drinks, smoking; take fresh home made lime juice.
Try to avoid elevator up to second floor.
Try to eat vegetables and salad more.
Take daily one Glass of fresh milk; don't think it is for children.
